Life in the contemporary world can typically feel busy and frustrating. In the middle of the mayhem, it's crucial to take an action back and discover balance in the middle of the crazy speed.
Life today is crazy and quick
A blur of noises and screens and stories
We race from job to job, taken in
By all the needs that weigh us down

We wish for peace and calm and peaceful
They appear so difficult to discover
In this contemporary world of unlimited sound
Where we're constantly on the grind

Even in the sound and the turmoil
There are minutes of pure delight
A laugh with good friends, a sundown's radiance
A little, sweet kid or woman's coy smile

Let us not forget to appreciate
The presents that life today imparts
To discover the charm in the ordinary
And the love in one another's hearts
