NASA astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore have been on the International Space Station (ISS) since June 2024. Their return to Earth has been delayed due to technical issues with Boeing's Starliner spacecraft, which was initially intended to bring them home.

On March 14, 2025, SpaceX's Crew-10 mission launched from Kennedy Space Center in Florida, carrying four astronauts to the ISS to replace Williams and Wilmore. The Crew-10 Dragon capsule successfully docked with the ISS on March 16, 2025, at 12:05 a.m. EST. This docking enabled Williams and Wilmore to prepare for their return journey.

Williams and Wilmore are now scheduled to return to Earth on March 19, 2025, aboard a SpaceX capsule, with a splashdown off Florida's coast, weather permitting.
